By Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 1/1/2006
Celerity Automation Inc., a new materials handling venture, will present its take on materials handling in the 21st century when it introduces its linear transfer vehicle (LTV) at the NA 2006 show in Cleveland, Ohio, March 27-30, 2006.
The LTV is just one of hundreds of new products and solution innovations scheduled to be featured at NA 2006. According to show sponsor, Material Handling Industry of America, more than 400 exhibits will cover 150,000 square feet.
The proprietors of Celerity, Richard C. Young and Michael Maynard, have extensive materials handling backgrounds. The LTV leverages their expertise with smooth, virtually friction free electromagnetic operation. The LTV is a high-speed linear transfer system that uses the latest advances in linear, direct drive servo-motor technology to ensure highly accurate vehicle positioning.
