Transfer loads quickly
A load transfer station (LTS) easily transfers loads to alternative pallets, slip-sheets and floors. A single operator can transfer up to 300 loads in one shift. Pallets can be loaded into the LTS from two sides, and removed from any of three sides. As a stand-alone system or integrated into a larger system, the LTS reduces repetitive-motion injuries.

High-capacity storage in small footprint
The Power Column 2 vertical lift module (VLM) reaches up to 40 feet tall for high-density storage. Its trays each have an 880-pound capacity and measure up to 98 inches wide and 32 inches deep. Rack-and-pinion drive technology allows pinpoint retrieval of item trays without adjustment. Options include trays that tilt at a 45-degree angle, a lift system that adjusts the height of the pick tray, and an electronic door with pass-code security.

Work positioner transports 3,000-pound loads
Move loads weighing up to 3,000 pounds with the Skid Lifter, a work positioner that picks up a load on a skid or open-bottom pallet. The unit raises loads up to 32 inches high to place them at ergonomic working heights. For loads under 600 pounds, the system's Quick Lift mode automatically raises the forks to the maximum height in only 18 strokes of the steer handle.
