Executives: New leadership at RPA, Vocollect, Hytrol
Jerry Welcome named president at RPA; Joe Pajer named president of supply chain business at Vocollect; Don Wilson promoted at Hytrol.

The Reusable Packaging Association has named Jerry Welcome as president, RPA Chairman Fred Heptinstall announced.
Welcome is the former president and COO of the International Fresh-Cut Produce Industry and has a combined 13 years of legislative and regulatory experience, including serving as a senior lobbyist for the American Meat Institute.
Jeanie Johnson, who served as executive director since the association’s inception, will assist in the transition.

Voice systems provider Vocollect announced Joe Pajer as president of the company’s supply chain business, overseeing sales, marketing, product management, engineering and operations.
Pajer has served as global senior executive with the former Marconi and FORE Systems, Inc. and held managerial roles with Compaq Computer Corporation and AT&T Consumer Products. He has spent over 20 years in senior executive roles in high technology markets, including consumer electronics, semiconductors, personal computers and high-end computer networking.

Hytrol Conveyor Company announced the promotion of Don Wilson to vice president of manufacturing operations, where he will be responsible for managing the company’s entire production operation.
Wilson joined Hytrol in September 2006 as director of manufacturing, and has over 20 years of manufacturing experience. He has been instrumental in implementing Power Lean in Hytrol’s production facility.
