Sortation system is fast and versatile

With a sorting rate of up to 100 cases per min., a versatile sortation system quickly sorts products of varying size and weight. Using a slider-bed belt conveyor and a double row of pop-up divert wheels, the sorter can divert products right or left at various angles and can reliably interface with multiple outgoing conveyors if required. The pre-engineered package includes a split induction belt unit, multiple sorters, live roller or gravity take-away spurs, a standard tracking controls package, and automatic belt take-up.
