ProMat 2009: Next View Live brings supply chain visibility to life

Next View Software unveiled its latest release of Next View Live, a supply chain software solution that includes enhanced cross-platform integration capabilities.

By Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 1/14/2009

Next View Software (Booth 4247) unveiled its latest release of Next View Live, a supply chain software solution that includes enhanced cross-platform integration capabilities.

Steve Simmerman, Next View business development leader, said, “We are constantly looking for ways to increase the value of our solutions to our clients. Next View Live is an extremely innovative platform that now has expanded support and integration of third party supply chain applications including WMS, TMS, industry portals and more.”

Next View Live provides real-time, data-driven visibility across their customers’ entire supply chain, including events, alerts, and notification of shipment delays or interruptions; real-time visibility into any facility anywhere in the world to facilitate true collaboration with suppliers and customers; support for a variety of continuous improvement programs, and labor productivity. The solution is built using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) including Workflow technology and XNA framework.

“Next View Live helps our customers decrease costs and improve total supply chain performance. You wouldn’t want to fly on a plane without the benefit of having air traffic controllers and their systems for visibility and control, why should your supply chain be any different?,” Simmerman added.
