Intelligrated makes its plans for the future

Big changes are underway for Intelligrated Inc. (513-936-7300, www.intelligrated.com). Formed in 2001 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, the company supplies integrated materials handling-systems, services and products, including a zero pressure accumulation conveyor and a high-speed sortation conveyor.
In February, Intelligrated purchased the assets of Conveyors Ltd. and Mail Systems, Inc., including the Versa Conveyor product line, according to Chris Cole, CEO, Intelligrated. The Versa line includes over/under conveyors and horizontal roller zero pressure accumulation conveyors.
Versa is relocating to a 208,000 square foot facility in London, Ohio in May. Meanwhile, new headquarters for Intelligrated are being constructed in Mason, Ohio and should be completed in the fall of this year. This 140,000 square foot headquarters will include offices, manufacturing and a research and development/product demonstration facility.
Customer service is a main focus of Intelligrated. 'We offer compelling paybacks to improve supply chain capabilities of customers,' says Cole.
Intelligrated aims to help customers get maximum use of their existing systems as well as take advantage of new systems that will increase productivity, says Cole. 'We are building creative and flexible solutions,' he adds.
