After two years of planning, Diamond Phoenix, an American-owned provider of materials handling systems, has opened an office in Sydney, Australia. Diamond Phoenix has recently provided several large systems to customers in Australia and New Zealand, and their growth has lead to the need to establish a permanent base in the region.
Diamond Phoenix will provide materials handling systems integration from initial concept planning through to implementation, as well as offering a complete range of order picking products to the market. In addition, the company will provide a comprehensive customer service and support program for products and systems, even for those provided by other suppliers.
With system design and integration, advanced warehouse software and a full suite of materials handling equipment, Diamond Phoenix is focused on reducing their customers’ cost of doing business. They deliver equipment and solutions that reduce footprint, increase productivity, improve accuracy and provide flexibility that meet LEAN objectives and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The company works with their customers from facility analysis to implementation and beyond, providing a complete service for helping others understand the latest materials handling trends and developments.
