The CRE-201 warehouse picking cart enables efficient parts and box movement between manufacturing stations or in order picking and kitting. Constructed of plastic-coated steel pipes, metal joints and accessories, the cart rolls on four 5-inch diameter casters with urethane wheels—two fixed for directional control, two with brakes for secure positioning. The large diameter wheels enhance maneuverability in restrictive and narrow aisles, and blind or dead-end pathways. Steering and pushing requires minimal effort. Standard cart footprints measure 32 x 64 inches and offer load capacities up to 750 pounds. Horizontal shelves canted toward the outside of the cart make loading and unloading easy. Vertical compartments store and separate long items to protect them. Dual cylindrical holsters, one at each end, store scanning guns to record part data.
