Dunnage protects washing machine drums
To protect the drum on agitator-less top and front load washing machines from damage caused by shifting in transit, the Litkit shipping kit is offered. The system includes an air-fill bag and corrugated cellblocks. Used together, the dunnage firmly locks the drum of both residential and commercial grade washing machines in place to prevent jostling and damage to the seal in shipment. Dual-density foam system protects bags at low temps

System fills air bag inside the carton
With air bags offered in six sizes to meet a range of void-fill needs, the Rapid Fill automated system inflates a void-fill bag within an enclosed carton. Because the bags feature a one-way valve that allows air in but not out, the system enables a single operator to easily clip the bag to the inside corner of the carton, fold the carton flaps and send it through the case sealer. The carton briefly stops while traveling through the sealer, where air is automatically injected through the carton and into the air bag. Flat-shaped dunnage bag protects cargo
Ideal for exporters, the flat-shaped O3 Max dunnage bag replaces more expensive bracing methods, reduces installation time and makes it easier for the receiver to recycle the dunnage. The bag's shape eliminates pressure points in the middle of the bag, as seen in pillow-shaped dunnage bags. Biodegradable, recycled air bag films
EarthAware eco-friendly bag film materials for air pillow cushioning protect shipped items and lessen environmental impact. Created from strong, durable linear low-density polyethylene, the material includes a proprietary additive that causes biodegradation in 9 months to 5 years when in contact with other biodegrading material.
