MHPN Product of the Day: Shelving easy-to-build, efficient to ship

For easier handling and installation, the 8000 series shelving now features horizontal back panels compared to the original vertical back panels.

Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 10/29/2009

For easier handling and installation, the 8000 series shelving now features horizontal back panels compared to the original vertical back panels. The horizontal panels are as strong as the original vertical panels, but are easier to hold in place and install backing screws. The horizontal configuration also reduces freight costs due to a more compact shipping footprint. Made from 18 to 22 gauge steel, the shelving holds capacities from 600 to 1,300 pounds.
