Intended for use in low headroom applications, the vertical rail lifter manipulator consists of a rigid vertical beam with moving rollers to create a stable lifting platform and eliminate swinging cables or chains. the manipulator offers a lift capacity of 400 pounds and a vertical lift range of up to 100 inches. Ideal for use as an ergonomic lift assist for reach in, under and around obstacles, the low maintenance system is ideal for roll handling. Pneumatically operated, the unit does not require an air lubricator and draws 90 psi of clean dry air. It can be mounted on either an overhead platform trolley or on the supplier’s articulated jib boom. Options include main post brakes, bridge brakes and trolley platform brakes.
