Stainless steel Superformer case erectors and bottom tapers are compact, in-line machines with a low-level, easy-load, powered case magazine. Features include alarms to indicate low or no cases, an electronic case squaring system, and taping heads with low and no tape alarms. Easily adjusted, the system permits a three-dimensional size change in 1 minute, making the machine suitable for very short production runs. Full guarding, a Nema 4X electrical enclosure with Allen Bradley controls and self diagnostics functions are also included. The system is offered in three sizes to handle cases measuring 6 x 6 x 3 inches and up to 31 x 20 x 24 inches, and runs at rates of 10 to 25 cases per minute.
