MHPN Product of the Day: Zinc-plated vehicle restraint resists corrosion

The zinc-plated PowerHold vehicle restraining system is highly resistant to corrosion from weather and dirty dock environments.

Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 11/15/2009

The zinc-plated PowerHold vehicle restraining system is highly resistant to corrosion from weather and dirty dock environments. With a zinc-plated housing and zinc dichromate plated restraint arm, the system seeks and finds the rear impact guard (RIG) of the trailer, then applies continuous pressure to firmly restrain the vehicle during loading and/or unloading. The hydraulically powered system includes the restraint mechanism, full feature controls, inside and outside light communication package and signage. Poweramp, 800-643-5424, www.poweramp.com.
