Offered as a cost-effective alternative to weld forge grating, PressLock grating is ideal for mezzanine walkways and flooring, pallet rack shelving and decking, or pick module decking. Manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum, the grating features a smooth rolling surface with narrow bearing bar spacings for push carts and pallet jack traffic. The open mesh provides light, air and sprinkler penetration. For maximum load bearing capacity, the grating's bearing bars are notched and locked with the cross bar at a force of 500 tons. The edge of the grating is banded either with a t-shape section or a flat bar with automatic resistance welding to ensure stability. Ohio Gratings, 877-321-9800, www.ohiogratings.com.
