Staging/storing at a glance

The staging/storing systems solution at Mannesmann-Rexroth in Lexington, Ky. consists of:

1) Racking systems for bulk materials near receiving.

2) A stack-racking (STAK) system for storage of large components and machined parts near the staging area. 3) Modular drawer cabinets (Vidmar) near the production area for storing small and medium components.

4) An automatic vertical-lift storage system, located between horizontal and vertical machining centers, for the storage of gages, tool holders, tooling, fixtures, and stock materials.

5) Two double-wide vertical-lift storage systems for the staging station.
