Guide rails and rollers for heavy loads

A series of guide rails and rollers was designed for non-standard heavy load applications. Component materials of the GU..MT series are 100-Cr6 bearing steel with surfaces of raceways hardened to 56-60 HRC and a depth of greater than 2.5 mm. Nickel plated rails are available as an option. The radial load capacity for RKU/FKU series guide rollers ranges from 6182 to 28,774 lb, and the axial capacity from 2214 to 9217 lb. Possible applications include stone machining equipment, casting machinery, and automatic storing equipment. Pacific Bearing Co.
