Palletizer reduces manual lifting

Palletizer maintains an adjustable predetermined load level for easy loading or unloading of a pallet. It turns 360 degrees for less worker fatigue, and doesn't rely on pumps, motors, or other hydraulic systems.

The system adds comfort and safety by maintaining the top surface of the load at an ergonomically proper position while manually loading or unloading pallets. This reduction in bending and lifting increases productivity and can help decrease back injury and downtime.

Using your plant's air system and powered by connecting a hose to a 75 psi air pressure stream, this palletizer operates easily and economically. It has a vertical travel of 25 in., a 4,500 lb capacity when fully collapsed, and no assembly is required.
