Robot well-suited for heavy, high-speed palletizing

Offering flexibility for high-speed, heavy payload palletizing and other materials handling tasks, the SP100 can cover a large work area. The robot features a 360(degree) turning radius to service multiple infeed conveyors and/or pallet stations. The SP100 handles up to 1100 pieces per hour (double that when moving two pieces per pick). Payload capacity is 220.5 lb, and maximum reach is 129.6 in., while repeatability is +/- 0.02 in.
