The Instapak Molding Wheel creates up to six molded cushions per minute for operations that ship between 100 and 1,000 items daily. The station is for use with the Speedypacker system, which dispenses liquid Instapak foam into a bag for the molding process. The wheel holds up to six custom molds, which can be changed quickly to accommodate variations in production and distribution schedules.
