PolyPlank polyethylene foam cushions products against repeated impacts while reducing shipping costs. Available in plank sheets or round shapes, the foam can easily be fabricated onto any desired shape using conventional techniques. These include die-cut, heat-sealing, welding, glue, split or drilled. Foam is available in 1.7- 2.2, 4-, 6-, and 9-lb per cu. ft densities.
