Crown's "Wave' or Work Assist Vehicle for indoor applications such as stock picking elevates a person and load up to 7 ft. The vehicle turns in a complete circle without travelling and has a 100-lb-capacity load tray for convenient handling when the operator reaches the necessary height. The load deck below can carry up to 250 lb. The operator must have both hands on the controls and both feet positioned on the floor pedals before the vehicle can move. In addition to stock picking applications, the unit can be used for routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs.
