Speaking of inventions, it would be hard to top the appearance in history of the wheel. Wheels have come a long way, however, from the first rounded rock. Hamilton Caster & Mfg. Co. offers polyurethane wheels with load characteristics of steel. These wheels yield hydrolytic stability and resilience and can be made anti-static for clean room applications. With sizes from 3 through 8 in. diameters and load capacities up to 1500 lb, these wheels perform in operating temperatures ranging from -80 to 200deg F.
