Scanner operates at 270 scans per second

This new scanner for hand scanning has an aiming line that is brighter than a laser and sharper than a CCD. This feature facilitates scanning in any lighting. Providing multiple interfaces, it connects to a range of PCs and terminals. The unit reads at 270 scans per second, more than 7 times the rate of most laser scanners.
