Hoist has compact design

With a compact design for easy installation, this hand chain hoist features a wheel cover with guide slots to prevent jamming and slipping of the chain. In addition, forged swivel hooks with latches are designed to minimize twisting of chain and reduce unintentional unhooking of load when the chain is slack. Enclosed housing allows outdoor use, and a Weston-type brake requires no lubrication.
