Sensors ignore background objects

Rather than relying on reflective surface brightness for a signal return path, these fixed-field sensors use optical triangulation to sense the target. Sensing both dark and light objects equally, the unit's high-gain circuitry allows even black plastic or recycled wooden pallets to be reliably detected. Banner Engineering
