Pallet user research shows that the majority of damage that occurs to unit loads is due to improper handling. NWPCA has developed a 20-minute training video that teaches the proper way to load, move, stack, and store pallets when using lift trucks. The video, "Pallets Move the World. . . With Your Help" is designed for use by lift truck drivers, warehouse personnel, and materials handling professionals.
