Robot doesn't mind monotony

For your planning purposes: use our literature section to find the materials handling equipment or system that fits your needs.

By Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 5/15/1999

As presented on a CD-ROM, this robot is designed for speed, identifying and picking 120 items per minute from a moving belt and packing them one at a time. Replacing manual operations, the system eliminates the monotonous and often laborious tasks associated with repetitive picking and packing. The unit is designed to reduce costs by providing a robotic solution for an operation formerly too expensive to automate.
