Truck boasts electronic fuel injection

By Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 7/1/1999

Equipped with an electronic fuel injection system (EFI), a lift truck provides 10-15% savings on fuel consumption. The system works with a standard 4.3 liter GM 6-cylinder gas engine, providing improved response and smooth control. Special features include automatic start-up and warm-up control for dependable cold start-ups and smooth warm ups, and built-in diagnostics that reduce troubleshooting time. In addition, low exhaust emissions result in a cleaner working environment.
