Palletizer increases throughput

Designed to operate 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, an automatic case palletizer features a wrap-around apron that encircles the pallet load building frame. Traveling in one direction around the frame, the apron increases throughput, reduces component wear, and provides smoother carton handling. The system can process cartons ranging from 3- to 150-lbs. up to 80/min. The load chamber, which houses a 4-point lift, can accept a 4,000 lb. pallet load.Mathews
