Toyota launches environmental assistance program

The environmental protection agency fines company's millions of dollars every year for pollution violation. This month Toyota launches the industry's first environmental assistance network, which assists and encourages Toyota lift truck dealers to be environmentally responsible in their day-to-day operations.

The network will provide Toyota dealers with an environmental management program that complies with federal, state, and local regulations. The program includes practices for environmental management and pollution prevention, as well as training materials.
