Flexible, accurate, and fast
A bi-directional shoe sorter, the XcelSort, can sort a
single line of products bi-directionally into multiple discharge lanes at rates
up to 200 sorts/min. Length of the sortation conveyor extends to 425 ft and
speeds reach 445 ft/min. The unit consists of a series of shoes that glide
across aluminum slats, gently diverting product from the main sortation conveyor
to pre-selected destinations. In addition to offering accuracy, the sorter
allows the end-user to select the angles of divert. A transition/induction
conveyor extends and contracts and maintains level transition with minimum gap
from induction to sorter.

Vertical
reciprocating conveyor
A line of WilLift vertical reciprocating conveyors
includes both hydraulic and electromechanical units. The VRCs can be used in a
variety of applications, including moving pallet loads up and down from a
mezzanine and automatically conveying materials from work cells to various
storage and assembly areas on other floors. Lifting capacities range from less
than 50 lb to over 6 tons. Lift heights range from 5 ft. to over 120 ft.
Carriages range in size from 2 by 2 ft. enclosures to 12 by 30 ft.

Gentle
handling accumulation conveyor
The Accuglide Plus conveyor offers high speeds, gentle
handling, and a wide range of options. It is designed to solve production and
distribution problems and meet the demand for high-volume, multiple stock
keeping unit applications. The conveyor transports and accumulates product at
standard speeds up to 240 ft/min. Features include a new light load sensor for
loads less than 1 lb, and UHMW guides for lower maintenance and quiet operation.

Spiral
conveyors
A family of spiral conveyors features a small footprint
and substantial space savings. Several models are available with outside
diameters ranging from 5 ft. 3 in. to 7 ft. 9 in., depending on load size. Load
capacity is 75 lb/linear ft for speeds up to 200 ft/min. The standard angle of
incline is just 9 deg, which prevents loads from sliding or tumbling during
operation. The conveyors feature overlapping slats which provide a smooth and
efficient conveying surface. Standard slat widths are 12, 16, 20, 24, and 28 in.

Flat top
sliding shoe sorter
The sliding shoe sorter consists of closely spaced
flat-top aluminum slats, which create a virtually flat conveyor surface area. It
is well suited to sortation of a wide variety of odd-shaped items. With a top
speed of 540 ft/min, the conveyor can sort as many as 203 cartons/ min. Features
include replaceable polyurethane bumper bands that cushion impact and prevent
slipback, and a unique plow design that eliminates damaging jams in discharge
spurs. The switch and track provide precision for all rolling contact.

Simplified
sorting
A pop-up wheel sorter can sort up to 90 cartons/min
while offering great flexibility and virtually 100% accuracy. Each positive
divert sort station utilizes three rows of wheels to provide more positive
divert action. The conveyor can handle a broad range of cartons weighing up to
75 lb. Maintenance is made easy with a pop-up wheel carriage assembly that can
be removed from the top of the divert station. The divert wheels are driven by
urethane belts that are easy to change by unbolting only one end of the drive
spindle shaft.

Smooth and
quiet conveying
The DB Vertical Lift high-speed vertical reciprocating
conveyor is designed for automated system applications that require light-duty
lifting of boxes, cartons, packages, and containers. It features a DualBelt
lifting mechanism that provides quiet, ultra-smooth operation and minimal
maintenance. Load capacities are up to 100 lb with carriage sizes up to 3 by 3
ft. The self-standing lift can move loads vertically up to 50 ft at travel
speeds from 60-400 ft/min. Throughput is 4.5 to 6.5 loads/min.

Low-profile
chain-driven conveyor
Due to the ergonomic design of a low-profile
chain-driven conveyor, workers can sit comfortably and work at the conveyor
surface without risk of pinch points or lift-and-reach injuries. The chain drive
systems are able to carry 8 lb/ shaft load at a maximum recommended speed of 115
ft/min. The rugged conveyor is available in a variety of roller pitches and can
incorporate devices, including stops and transfers, and turns when required by
the application.

Eliminate
jams
Load jams are eliminated with a new merge conveyor. A
precise control system varies the speed of the feed lane conveyor belt according
to the box length and the position of boxes on the feed lanes. The conveyor can
process thousands of boxes each hour with virtually 100% accuracy and
reliability. It automatically adjusts the speed of the belt on each feed lane as
needed to prevent boxes from colliding or causing a jam on the merge section.
The conveyor can handle a variety of box lengths, weights, and packaging, and it
can be integrated with other conveyor modules and sliding shoe sorters.

Electronic
sensing adds performance
An all-new accumulation conveyor, model 1265 ESAC,
features an electronic sensing system that allows smooth product accumulation
and quiet operation for low- to high-rate applications. The modular system's
standard components snap-fit to the pneumatic zone controls and can be
retrofitted to existing model 1265 conveyors with mechanical zone sensors.
Controls for each accumulation zone consist of a logic module with mode switch,
and a simple photoeye connector. System logic allows the accumulation to be
configured for three separate modes.

Smart
moving
The Smart Zone conveyor series features five models: a
chain-powered, zero-pressure accumulator, a line-shaft driven zero-pressure
accumulator, a belt-driven live-roller zero-pressure accumulator, a heavy-duty
belt-driven live-roller zero pressure accumulator, and a heavy-duty chain-driven
zero-pressure accumulator. Photo sensors are used to control zones. Product
accumulates in zones about one-half to 1 ft longer than the longest product that
is being conveyed. Light products can be easily conveyed since mechanical sensor
assembly is eliminated.

Extra-wide
belt conveyor
The MDCWS wide slider belt conveyor comes in standard
widths from 42 to 72 in. for large loads. They feature rugged three-piece frames
with 6 1/2 in. side channels, 8 in. drive pulleys, heavy duty drives, and
bearings with high quality construction.

Low-noise
conveyor
Driven by a durable round belt, Whisperflex's low noise
levels make it an excellent choice for areas where people work. The flexible
conveyor is configured with fewer drives and requires low power consumption,
making it economical to operate and maintain. It is designed to convey cartons
and totes with flat bottoms. Cartons are accumulated without line pressure build
up and transported with positive action.

Modular
accumulating conveyor
Features of the 190-PREZ powered roller driven
accumulating conveyor are ease of maintenance, ease of installation, and
modularity. Each accumulation zone contains a 24 volt DC motorized roller with a
control board to drive the 1.9 diameter tread rollers. An EZLogic module senses
product presence and provides intelligent control of the zones for zero-pressure
accumulation.

Track-and-chain conveyor
Flexibility of a track-and-chain conveying system
enables conveying through tight radius curves on both the horizontal and
vertical plane. The system consists of a universal link conveyor chain inside a
round conveyor track and can handle loads to 50 lb/pendant placed on 6 in.
centers. Loads can be transported hanging or can be inverted to convey
load-carrying trays. Adding additional drives proportionally increases conveyor
length.
