Step into the warehouse of the future

By Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 4/1/2000

A major exhibition of integrated materials handling equipment and cutting edge computer technology is set for next month. WoF2000 will be held in Hall C of the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia May 15-17.

More than 200 exhibitors of innovative technologies and solutions covering the entire spectrum of e-business and the global logistics supply chain will be featured.

The International Warehouse of the Future exhibit will display cutting edge technology showcasing the entire logistics supply chain. Covering 50,000 sq ft, it is the only live, interactive, educational exhibit to be used as a hands-on laboratory on the show floor. Two special sections, shippers world and the e-business hub, take advantage of e-business infrastructures, architectures, and global logistics methodologies.

The keynote addresses for the Executive summit 2000 for global supply chain solutions will be delivered by corporate executive officers from Fortune 100 companies. They will share their vision into the future of logistics and e-business.

A conference on innovations in e-business, distribution, and logistics, offers attendees a chance to earn college credit and a certificate of advanced education in e-business, distribution, and logistics from over 40 universities.

On May 15, see who wins this year's Circle of Excellence Award 2000. Past recipients include Sears, UPS, and Mercedes-Benz.
