MARC separates from TRW

By Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 4/1/2000

The global management team of the MARC Systems business unit of TRW has announced that it will form an independent company, retaining the name MARC, focusing on the products and services in the supply chain execution arena. All contract details will be finalized next month, at which time all existing contracts with TRW will be assumed by the new organization. MARC will build on proven business concepts in the US, Australia, and Europe.

"This new organization will allow us to realize our true market potential in this demanding and competitive marketplace," says Theo Kremers, who will lead the new company.
