Pallet truck offers heavy-duty performance

Rugged construction, overload bypass, and pump warranty are offered with this CPII pallet truck at an affordable price. Available in two sizes, 21 by 48 in. and 27 by 48 in., the pallet truck has a load capacity of 5,500 lbs. with reinforced forks and fully adjustable fork connecting rods.

The pallet truck can be fitted with either polyurethane or economical nylon wheels. Durable entry and exit rollers are featured for easy insertion and removal from pallets.

WMS teams up with ERP

A warehouse management system (WMS) has been certified for use with PeopleSoft' s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Warehouse Advantage WMS controls inventory, purchasing, and order management modules of PeopleSoft 7.5.

Warehouse Advantage WebWise provides inquiry, reporting, and maintenance of warehouse data. This is done through the familiar user interface of a Web browser on a company' s intranet or the worldwide Web. Hyperlinks provide quick access to relation information, charts, and graphs. The WebWise Page Editor modifies WebWise to fit particular needs.

Digital label workstation

A new digital label printing workstation turns raw label materials into full-color, die-cut labels instantly for short-run, desktop label production.

Raw, continuous rolls of label material are run through a desktop label die-cutter that cuts the label shape and creates the background matrix. The labels then continue through a thermal printer that adds a corporate logo, bar codes, sequential numbers, and any other label data. If desired, each label can be printed with different information. After the process is complete, the workstation re-rolls the new labels for easy application.

Heavy-duty hoppers for forklifts

Rugged, self-dumping hoppers put safety first. A safety chain and grab hook secures the hopper to the forklift. A rope release permits the forklift operator to dump the hopper from the operator' s seat or from the ground. And a safety lock prevents the hopper from inadvertently dumping when traveling over rough terrain. These safety features and a heavy-duty 3/16 in. steel plate construction keep personnel safe.

Hoppers are available in 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 cu. yd. capacities and can be used on both extendible-reach and straight-mast forklifts. Casters are optional.

Portable maintenance lift

A portable maintenance lift is suited for use with lift trucks and other industrial vehicles. The Port-A-Lift has a 13,000 lb. lifting capacity and can be easily towed from place to place. It is ideal for warehouses, manufacturers, service repair outlets, and companies that require service at more than one location.

Once the lift is at the desired location its wheels and fenders can be removed. The lift is hydraulically lowered to the ground and the unit becomes a four-post Lift-A-Lift.

Carts improve output 33%

Casters for light- to medium-duty use

The EU and EL series casters are for light- to medium-duty applications. The casters are available with either a rectangle top plate or bolt hole. The swivel-only version fits a range of rubber expanding plugs and threaded stems. Also available are threadguards enclosed by a locked steel bushing.

The EU series is designed for light applications subject to manual force and feature load capacities up to 185 lbs.
