Pick-to-light made easy

EASYpick is a paperless, light-directed order fulfillment system that can be integrated with warehouse management systems. Visible from all locations in an order filler's zones, the bright lights, in conjunction with the software and LED displays, direct the order filler to the right pick locations and show correct pick quantity. It can be installed on any rack or shelving and comes in a wide selection of hardware and software configurations. The system supports operations with or without bar codes, tethered or wireless scanning, and multiple forms of display hardware.

Lights make picking simple

The CAPS computer-assisted, light-directed picking system is highly productive for split case picking of fast-moving items. All orders are processed on a host computer and the data can be analyzed and then sent to pick lines via file download. Each pick zone has its own 16-digit zone controller that displays the number of each active order. The zone threshold module tri-lamp indicator keeps pickers informed of the status of orders entering their zone. A bay lamp on each flow rack bay indicates that the current order has picks in that bay. The picker can look at the pick modules in front of each SKU to see where to make picks and the quantity needed.

Store up to 90,000 lb

Designed for the storage and retrieval of parts, tooling, and in-process materials, an automatic lift system is pre-engineered for easy installation. The modular High Cube system offers heights from 12 - 40 ft and can store and retrieve payloads of up to 550 lb. It can store 90,000 lb/unit and features lift speeds up to 180 ft/min. A single unit can be operated alone or multiple units can be combined into productivity centers. An optional pick bar can be added for pick-to-light applications.

Advanced picking with lights

The FasTree vertical light display module for carousels features bright displays in a durable package designed for rapid reconfiguration and trouble-free maintenance. Utilizing real-time communication of picking instructions between the host computer and the carousel workstation operator, the light displays in carousel picking systems can increase operator speed, accuracy, and efficiency. The light display messages are readable at most angles from distances of 20 ft. Up to 48 alphanumeric displays of eight or 12 digits each can be arranged, and adjusted to any height, position, or configuration without any tools or rewiring.

Greater inventory control

Storage density, as well as throughput and efficiency, are increased with a vertical carousel. The high density carousels reclaim up to 75% of floor space while they utilize wasted overhead space. All items are brought to the operator with a push of a button. Utilizing a PC with the software, item selection light bars and bar code scanning greatly enhance picking and inventory control. Safety features include lockable doors to reduce shrinkage, and optional pass code or magnetic strip security passes. Operator safety features include photo eyes, light curtain, and touch bars to prevent pan movement when activated.

Vertical carousel

The MegaStation vertical carousel is a system of vertically rotating shelves that move up and down along a tracking guide, delivering stored items to an operator at an ergonomically positioned extraction shelf. It eliminates the need for personnel to search traditional shelving to manually pick an order and can improve order processing efficiency by 50 - 60%. The system can be customized to meet special storage and retrieval requirements. An optional light bar can be mounted into the counter to assist picking. The bar features multiple displays and close to 100 positions.
