Extremely tough pallet

The Extreme pallet, made of Noryl resin, exceeds the fire performance requirements of both Factory Mutual and Underwriters Laboratories. In addition to attaining fire safety approval, it is lightweight, easy-to-clean, and slip-resistant. It also offers toughness, uniformity, and stiffness. The 40 by 48 in. pallet is durable enough to be used in automated facilities and unsupported racking applications. Four-way entry, edge-rackable, and load capacity of 2,800 lb with a uniformly distributed load are additional features.

Durable plastic pallet

A pallet constructed from high-density polyethylene is resistant to splintering, flaking, corrosion, rust, and insect infestation. It is ideal for use with the SL-7 series intermediate bulk container. Features include a built-in slope that allows for proper bottle drainage and a steel support beam. The pallet also features double-faced construction, containing both a top face and bottom face. This bottom face ensures pallet support on forklifts, while it also prevents tipping of pallets during sudden stops.

100% recyclable plastic pallet

Offering high-strength racking capacity plus a full range of configuration options in both 48 by 40 in. and 48 by 42 in. sizes, the Universal Pallet is one of a kind. Heavy-duty plastic pallet

Available in a 40 by 48 in. size, the Box Beam plastic pallet is extremely strong and rigid. Selected polypropylene resin provides powerful racking strength without metal inserts or other added reinforcements. The pallets are injection molded to achieve consistency and uniformity for improved operational efficiency. They are compatible with automated handling equipment with tapered bottom edges and allow four-way entry and exit.

Strong enough, yet light enough

A lightweight, steel-reinforced, reusable plastic pallet offers strength and durability. It is made of twin sheets of thermoformed high-density polyethylene and is 100% recyclable. In addition to offering four-way fork lift entry, the Uni-pallet is steam cleanable, conveyorable, and impenetrable to water. It has drain/ventilation holes and offers a life expectancy of 10 years.

Integrated pallet system

Comprised of two, sturdy, heavy-gauge thermoformed pallets with a plastic corrugated sleeve, the Trips returnable integrated pallet system withstands numerous round trips in closed-loop loop systems. It is available in standard sizes of 40 by 48 in., 45 by 48 in., and 37.5 by 55.5 in. as well as custom-sizes. The plastic sleeve can be customized with company logos or decals, color-coding, and hinged doors for easy loading. Collapsible models and alternative sleeve materials are also available.

Customize your pallet

Custom-designed vinyl pallets are made from new, not recycled, vinyl. Pallet stringers, deckboards, bottom boards, and blocks are made using specially formulated vinyl materials for demanding pallet applications. Two-way entry stringer pallets, 4-way entry block-style pallets, and 9-leg nestable thermoformed pallets are available. Benefits of the vinyl pallet include the elimination of problems resulting from nails and moisture, easy maintenance, and resistance to mold and fungus.

Nestable and durable
