Portable rack

A storage rack system fits into an existing racking system that is entirely re-usable. A tubular steel base and four removeable corner posts allow for six or more levels of safe stacking. The racks are engineered to protect loads during handling, stacking, and shipping.

Standard units have a 4,000 lbs. capacity rating. They are available with or without wood board decks, in three base sizes, and with two post heights. Storage configurations are easy to set up and change. Racks are available for immediate shipment through the company's quick ship program.

Hazardous materials storage

Safe and secure indoor or outdoor storage for small quantities of hazardous material is now available. HazMat cabinets store one to four 55 gallon drums over a spill containment sump.

Units feature a lockable lid, which opens wide to offer full access to drums. Drums can be stored vertically or in a horizontal dispensing rack. A variety of storage options are available by adding racking and shelving for smaller containers of chemicals.

Manage your warehouse more cost-effectively

A Web-enabled application service provider (ASP) technology designed for the ROC warehouse management system offers lower costs and improved customer service. The company will host the ROC application and data on their server farm and will buy the server and RF hardware as well as continue to upgrade the software at no cost to the user. When the hardware is no longer up-to-date, it will be replaced.

Using the Internet or other high-speed access lines, the company connects radio frequency terminals and a PC network to the ASP site, providing high availability processors, with redundant disk drives and CPU's. In addition, an ASP database administrator and system operations specialist will monitor the system 24/7 to ensure optimum performance and data integrity.

Dispensing and shipping container

Suited to shipping, storing, and dispensing small parts, the center flow container has a 56.5 in. x 48 in. footprint with 58.3 cu. ft. capacity. It carries 2,500 lbs. fully loaded. A smooth-sided interior funnel design allows quick emptying without tipping. The center flow discharge port is generous enough to allow quick emptying of part or all of the contents. One person controls the discharge rate using a side access sliding door.

Features include reinforced sidewalls, easy handling with 4-way forklift entry, and steel corner hit plates. The upper section detaches and inverts for storage when empty. The containers are molded from high-density polyethulene/structural foam for strength and durability.

Roll-up door for clean rooms

An innovative electric roll-up door, which opens at the touch of a button, conserves valuable clean room space by eliminating large door clearance requirements. An automatic safety interlock device ensures that both doors are not accessed at the same time, and restricts the amount of air escaping the clean room to a very small volume.

The roll-up feature provides safety and efficiency in the clean room, since the door cannot be left ajar, impeding passing carts and traffic.

Pass throughs significantly reduce traffic and contamination, providing a better, safer way to transfer equipment and paperwork to and from cleanrooms. They are constructed of stainless steel with see-through static- dissipative PVC roll-up doors.

Zero-pressure chain conveyor

A zero-pressure case drag chain conveyor provides ultra-gentle accumulation of fragile product in the packaging line at beverage and other consumer goods manufacturing plants.

The ArrowTrak ZPC conveyor offers a revolutionary method of case accumulation on a drag chain conveyor. The drag chain drops away from beneath the cases, enabling them to accumulate on a bed of three parallel static accumulation support bars with minimal chain-to-product contact. The result is gentler handling, which reduces the risk of unsightly damage to the product.

Each section of the conveyor is powered by a modular drive idle, offering maximum versatility in conveyor system configuration. Adjustable guide rails accommodate diverse package widths. The conveyor is available in either stainless or mild steel construction.

Conveyor systems

Conveyor systems provide the most consistent roller action, eliminate slippage, and ensure safe operation. These are guaranteed to handle the rated weight regardless of bottom pallet boards running parallel or perpendicular. Large diameter drive sprockets provide greater contact with drive chain for minimal wear and longer life of the chain and sprocket.

The conveyors are configured to handle virtually any application including washdown, splash, or cold environments. They are also configured to special speeds, soft start/stop, and close or tight spaced rollers.
