Ergonomic handling equipment

Articulating arm

Scissor lifts

A line of slab scissor lifts has been updated with proportional drives and proportional lift/lower controls. Mechanical dock leveler

Easy to operate with no heavy lifting, the 'A' series mechanical dock leveler is ideal for new construction and retrofit applications. Simply pull on the release chain and the deck is driven up by heavy-duty lift springs. The lip is smoothly powered out to the locked position. Then the dock is walked down on the truck bed. The lip releases as the truck departs, allowing the unit to be returned to the stored position.

The leveler includes 4 in. maintained tilt pockets at each corner that allows the deck board to float during load transfers thus reducing deck fatigue and weld breakage. This allows the entire deck plate to maintain structural integrity. The design averts lift truck obstruction and tire damage.

Stretch bundler wraps to 30 bundles/minute

Bulk container with center funnel

The new reusable Center Flow Container ships, stores, and dispenses products including seed, pelletized materials, and small parts. Slip sheets for plastic containers

Slip sheets are now available for reusable, plastic collapsible containers. The durable slip sheets close the container's open-grid pallet base and separate product layers. Constructed of 0.60 in. thick, high-density, black polyethylene, the slip sheets feature pop rivets which attach the sheets to the container bottom. The sheet is then firmly in place, ensuring product safety. The slip sheets fit 32 by 30 in., 40 by 48 in., and 45 by 48 in. containers.

Store pallets in stacker

The Pallet Stacker/Unstacker stores wooden and plastic pallets, slave boards, and wire baskets. It can be configured as a stand-alone unit or as part of an existing conveyor system.

A chain conveyor moves the pallets to the stacker and a hydraulic lift table raises the pallets into the storage magazine. Systems wash pallets, tier sheets

A new automatic, in-line pallet washer and a tier sheet washer reliably clean plastic units. The stainless steel pallet washer uses high-pressure spray water to remove surface dirt and high-volume flooding and rinsing to wash away dislodged debris. A blower then eliminates excess water. The plastic tier sheet washer conveys tier sheets through a series of spray manifolds for either dry cleaning, or wet washing and drying. For complete automation, both washers are available with pallet and sheet stacking and de-stacking systems.

Device offers lift truck safety

An electronic warning device alerts lift truck drivers when the vehicle is approaching a pre-established limit, such as a low-clearance spot or open docks. Measuring 4 by 4 by 3 in., Limit ALERT mounts on the front of the vehicle and can be configured to automatically beep the horn or kill the vehicle's power when necessary. De-palletizer safely handles loads

With a new case de-palletizer, cases are picked from above with a universal vacuum pick head that features self-regulating vacuum cups. To ensure loads don't drop, after the load is raised slightly, an apron moves under the layer, supporting it while being transported to the unscrambling table. After an operator inputs the case length and size, the system automatically unloads products, even partial layers.
