Simple clean-up stretchwrap system

Designed for fast and easy clean-up of dry or liquid spills with full access to the wrap zone area and clearance from water sensitive components, the S-3503 stretchwrap system is ideal for washdown environments or products that could potentially damage a stretch wrapper. The system handles light, tall, and unstable loads at high throughput levels for superior productivity. Features include a high-speed rotating wrap arm, which makes unstable loads stationary to eliminate fallen loads and excellent film and delivery performance. Easy to use, the wrapper comes standard with a programmable logic controller and other features designed for simple integration into a completely automated production environment.

Fast, accurate package inspection

A new machine vision software tool increases the precision, speed, and flexibility of automated package inspection. It is ideal for inspecting the integrity, seal, label position, text, colors, and graphics on containers, cartons, cellophane wrappers, and other packages. The software tool is capable of inspecting thousands of parts each minute to deliver 100% quality at peak production rates. Features include simple set-up via a Vision Program Manager graphical user interface, multiple templates within the same region of interest, and an optional hardware accelerator board. Making changes to existing programs or creating new inspection programs is simple, due to the easy-to-use drag-and-drop programming.
