Corner wrap print and apply labeler

Supplied with a 300 dot/in. Zebra thermal transfer print engine, the model 2998 labeler applies leading and trailing corner wrap labels to various sized chipboard boxes. A flexible head mounting configuration allows the operator to easily re-position the labeling head and drastically cut down on changeover time.

Angled-frame conveyor

The 125 Z series low-profile, angled-frame conveyor offers six standard angles and five different frame configurations. The design permits changing belts in less than 5 minutes. Load carrying capacities range up to 225 lbs., while speeds go up to 225 ft./min. The conveyor is available in standard and corrosion resistant styles, and widths from 6 in. to 24 in. with lengths to 25 ft. Bearings are equipped with seals and incorporate grease fittings for easy lubrication while conveyors are running.

Large character printing

The Rea-Jet prints large characters using pigmented or dye based inks (MEK, alcohol, or water based).
