Increase productivity and reduce injury

Zinc-plated returnable packaging is easily collapsible to reduce reaching and bending, and increase ease of movement. The sides fit inside the base, protecting them from impact and allowing safe stacking up to 30 containers high. Dimensions are 72 by 40 by 45 1/2 in. Optional hitch attachments make the containers towable for long distances. Benefits include visible inventory, improved productivity, and four-way entry for forklifts. It is rust and dirt resistant and available with or without casters and spring shelf.

Hold up to 4,000 lbs.

A folding wire mesh container is collapsible for space-saving storage and return shipments and is stackable four-high when loaded. Standard footprint sizes of 32 by 40 in. with a 28 in. inside height and 40 by 48 in. with 30 or 36 in. inside heights are available. Maximum capacities are 4,000 lbs. The containers come standard with a one-half drop gate on the long side for easy access to contents. They can be custom ordered with a partial drop gate, full swing-out, or end gate. Built-in safety locks guard against accidental opening.

Seven heights available

The Ropak 4048ns reusable, collapsible container now offers more height options and greater materials handling efficiency and convenience. Made of tough, durable high-density polyethylene, it has a 40 by 48 in. footprint, and is available at seven heights: 25, 29, 34, 39, 47, and 50 in. New features include non-sequential folding sidewalls for easier use and drop doors with articulating hinges, allowing the open door to lay flat against the side of the container. The containers can be stacked up to 6 high, conserving more floorspace. Load capacities are up to 2,000 lbs. Other features include more labeling and product identification options, solid base, and a replaceable fork strap for economical maintenance.

High-capacity container

The European-designed 275 gallon Mamor composite intermediate bulk container (IBC) complies with all international standards and comes pre-assembled. It combines a UV-stabilized, high-density blow-molded high-density polyethylene bottle protected by a tubular steel cage. Its sloped bottom is ideal for outside storage and facilitates complete drainage. The Mamor is stackable three-high in the warehouse and two-high during transportation. Its 6 in. port is an internationally accepted fill cap. It comes with a closed loop packaging program that provides end users with global collection and recycling capabilities.

Prevent spillage and theft

A range of sizes and configurations for use in shipping, order picking, sorting, packing, and storage are included in a container system. The containers stack or nest and feature attached or detached lids. Solid or open, smooth or textured bottoms, and open or ergonomic handles are available. Containers work well with automated systems and offer high weight capacity and tie holes to seal lids from spillage and theft.

Wire mesh offers clear viewing

Tough, stackable welded wire containers provide quick content visibility and identification for easy inventory control. They are light, yet strong, offering a low weight-to-load ratio. Stacking made simple
