New management at Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin Systems Integration has appointed Leo Laurendeau business area manager to lead its Distribution Technologies commercial materials handling group in Orlando, Fla.

Laurendeau says the group offers systems engineering, project and supplier management, and software development. Its materials handling operations are supplier neutral. The group is expected to do $1 billion in projects this year.

Lockheed is a total systems integrator providing turnkey materials handling and automation solutions to the distribution center, order fulfillment, air cargo and airline baggage handling, courier, and postal materials handling markets.
