All-purpose storage cabinets

These durable welded-steel storage cabinets are equipped with removable polypropylene parts bins for added storage convenience. The bins suspend from the louvered walls within the cabinet. The cabinets have a grey powder-coated finish and are available in multiple sizes, each containing various bin size and configurations. Systems wash pallets, tier sheets

A new automatic, in-line pallet washer and a tier sheet washer reliably clean plastic units. The stainless steel pallet washer uses high-pressure spray water to remove surface dirt and high-volume flooding and rinsing to wash away dislodged debris. A blower then eliminates excess water. The plastic tier sheet washer conveys tier sheets through a series of spray manifolds for either dry cleaning, or wet washing and drying. For complete automation, both washers are available with pallet and sheet stacking and de-stacking systems.

Carton flow shelves with snap-in tracks

A new lock-in track system for UPICK carton flow shelves enable operators to snap the track in place at 1 1/2 in. intervals. The system locks the track in place without separate locking devices. It uses T-shaped teeth on the front and rear members of the shelf to hold slots punched in the sides of the wheeled track.
