PRO eXchange, a configurable Web-based desktop software package, provides users with an Internet-ready order inquiry system and an automated e-mail notification system. The order inquiry system provides secure access to information in Logistics PRO, an integrated transportation and warehouse management system. It also offers the real-time status of each order as it is processed at the facility. The e-mail notification system allows automatic delivery of order information on the change of an order's status.

Turn, turn, turn

A high-speed, pop-up repositioner turns bags 90, 180, and 270 degrees so that their printed panel will face out when palletized. The turner, controlled by the intelligent control system of the palletizer, is programmed for each pallet configuration. When bag orientation is required, the bag is conveyed into position above the turner, and the turner moves vertically to lift the bag from below. The bar repositioner is stamped from heavy-gauge steel and motor-driven for accurate, three-shift-a-day operation.

High-density drawers

A line of high-density drawers can significantly improve storage space efficiency of existing shelving units. Available in five standard colors to fit the most popular shelving sizes, the heavy-duty modular drawers offer easy installation. Drawers fully extend on ball bearing slide suspensions and will hold up to 400 lbs. each. A full-width aluminum handle features an integral label holder, complete with label insert, non-reflective mylar cover, and contoured end cap. Smooth rolling

The series 1400 roller top conveyor belt combines the benefits of modular, plastic construction with a rollered top. Based on the series 1400 flat top, the belt was developed to provide low, back-pressure accumulation in applications for conveying boxes, packages, newspapers, and other bundled products. It features a surface of 144 rollers/ sq. ft. and smooth conveyance. The acetal rollers are 0.70 in. in diameter, spaced 1 in. apart. They turn on stainless steel roller pins that provide durability and wear for long lasting performance. Offering reduced noise levels and minimized maintenance, the roller top is customer-built in widths from 5 in. in 1 in. increments.

Heavy-duty dumper

A rotating container dumper empties up to 4,000 lbs. of material from containers. Its ability to rotate a container 180% allows for a complete discharge of the contents. The dumper can be customized to fit a variety of applications and containers. Sort at high speed

Featuring speeds up to 427 ft./min., shoe sorters can handle as many as 9,000 pieces/hour. The sorters easily handle small- to medium-size items, totes, and boxes typical of e-commerce distribution applications. Doors that don't damage

Developed for cold storage, the Thermal-weight dock door combines energy-saving 4 in. thick panels with a knockout concept to reduce door maintenance, repair costs, and dock downtime. When the door is exposed to forklift damage, the panel releases from its guides rather than resisting and breaking. Reliable crane scale

Weights of loads being moved by crane are displayed by the Delta/Sigma RF 2000 digital weigh system on the block and at a remote location. Reliable crane weights are obtained without actually stopping the crane operation to read the weight.
