Komatsu Forklift U.S.A., Inc. (www.kfiusa.com) and Linde Lift Truck Corp. (www.linde.de.com) have finalized an OEM supply agreement. Komatsu will manufacture 3,000 to 10,000 pound forklifts for Linde, which will be distributed throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

This agreement is only a portion of a larger understanding between Komatsu Forklift Limited (www.komatsu.com) and Linde AG (www.linde.de.com). Under this larger arrangement, Komatsu Forklift Limited intends to distribute Linde's HST model through its dealer network in Japan. Additionally, Linde will produce Komatsu trucks and sell them under the Komatsu name in its Bari, Italy plant.
