Lift truck with ergonomic benefits
The FKS series of lift trucks (F230 through F800 models)
offers lifting capacities from 23,000 to 80,000 pounds. Designed with operator
comfort in mind, the lift trucks reduce operator fatigue. The operator can be
seated in the center position or the left-hand position for optimum visibility
specific to the application. A new low-profile design provides 360 degree
operator visibility, an 18 inch step for easy access from both sides, and
low-mount, swing-out LP tanks. An optional tilt cab is available, for complete
access to the powertrain and hydraulic system. Additional ergonomic features
include soft touch hydraulic levers, optional air ride seat, and tilt steering
with electronic display.

Walk-behind cart
With the CartCaddy, pushing a heavy materials cart down a
production line is no longer a struggle. A unique walk-behind design allows the
operator to manipulate loads in tight areas. The cart not only improves
ergonomics, but also reduces potential injuries that occur when workers try to
move loads that are too heavy.

Stack layers of product
A hybrid palletizing solution combines row- and
layer-forming technology with the efficiency and flexibility of a robotic
palletizer to stack entire layers of lightweight products at high rates. The
system features a floor-level row former and layer table working in harmony with
a robotic palletizer at speeds up to 50 bundles/minute in a 13 case pattern. Its
unique tooling design also makes the robot capable of placing tie sheets between
product layers. It can be combined with the fully automatic model 704 pallet
dispenser for staging up to 18 pallets.
