Two leading manufacturers of lift truck attachments are joining forces as Italian-based Bolzoni (www.bolzoni.it) acquires 100% ownership of Finland's Auramo (www.auramo.com). The newly merged company will offer a full selection of attachment devices to the U.S. and other markets.

"We can now provide a comprehensive range of products, from small attachments up to those that handle large paper rolls," says Alan Evans, Bolzoni's vice president and general manager. "We can be a one- stop shop for attachments."

Evans says that Auroma is known for its handling capabilities in the paper industry, and provides Bolzoni with expertise and products to reach this market. Both the Bolzoni and Auroma brand names will be combined and marketed together.
