Looking to strengthen its position in the U.S. market, materials handling equipment supplier Bolzoni-Auramo Group (www.bolzoni.it) has purchased from TBM Holdings the Brudi line of palletless handling lift truck attachments. The acquisition includes the Brudi trademark, all intellectual property and tangible assets for manufacturing the Brudi line of push-pull attachments. The Brudi line will be manufactured at its new parent company's production plant in Chicago.

Bolzoni-Auramo Group is a European manufacturer of lift truck attachments, lift masts, hand pallet trucks and lift tables. The Group was formed in August, 2001 when Italian-based Bolzoni bought Finland's Auramo. Both companies had been selling to the North American market for more than 10 years.
