Equipto (800-323-0801, www.equipto.com) is introducing several new products to its line of steel space utilization equipment for use in the factory, warehouse and locker room.

Rivet-Grip, a new product line of freestanding, heavy-duty rivet rack, is available with particleboard or wire insert shelves.

"The ability to use wire decking instead of particleboard lets air and light filter through and reduces insurance costs related to fire hazard," says Tom Matyas, chairman and CEO.

The rack units are stocked 7 feet high, with depths from 12 to 48 inches and widths from 36 to 96 inches. The units are available in capacities from 350 to 1,600 pounds per shelf, and can be purchased through Equipto Express, the company's quick ship program, which promises same day shipment for orders received daily by 10 AM.

Also new to the show is a premium locker that features a clear polycarbonate panel in the center of heavy-duty locker doors.

The clear panels provide visibility into the contents of the lockers for security purposes. "The security view is ideal for any place where management is concerned about what comes in and what goes out of their facilities," Matyas explains. "That can be monitoring whether employees are taking tools or product home with them, or even bringing weapons into the work place."

"It's the next best thing to having a security guard on-duty," Matyas says.
