interBiz, the supply chain solutions division of Computer Associates (www.computerassociates.com), has been sold to SSA Global Technologies (www.ssagt.com), a Chicago-based provider of industrial ERP solutions.

The purchase caps SSA Global Technologies' efforts over the past year to deliver an integrated enterprise solution set that includes software for supply chain execution, e-commerce and collaboration. The company focuses on the automotive supply, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and chemical industries. Computer Associates will continue to offer the broad line of software beyond the interBiz supply chain solutions.
